You can even soak almonds overnight, peel the outer layer and eat it. Another way of eating it is raw. Don’t munch it throughout the day, two to three (in a day) would just do fine.


You can eat fruits throughout the day be it in the form of juice or eating it raw. We all have our favourites but one cannot eat just one fruit all the time. Adding fruits in your diet will make a huge difference in your health. They are rich in antioxidants, fiber and vitamins. You must include apples, berries and avocados in your diet.

You can eat these leafy veggies raw, steamed or lightly boiled based on your preference. You can also blend them and make your own health green drink.


Oily fish like trout, sardines, salmon and mackerel are loaded with vitamins A and D. Most of them wouldn’t prefer eating fish because of their smell but the benefits that you get are simply amazing. It treats your skin and keeps it healthy. They also contain omega 3 fatty acids that are known to provide benefits for your heart as well as your nervous system.
